Our house is the perfect destination for family and friends. Ideally suited for guests seeking luxury, tranquillity and privacy only minutes from St Tropez and Ste Maxime, numerous beaches, restaurants and charming villages.

 

This villa is furnished to an exceptionally high standard offering the perfect blend of country style and stylish living with all modern requirements. There is a private inox pool what keeps a very nice temperature in the garden.

Our full air-conditioned house has 4 luxury bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets and an open kitchen with view on the pool. A nice terrace with a BBQ and 8 sunbeds. You can also practice your “jeu de boules” skills next to the pool.

Coast/Beach: There are numerous beaches all within easy reach. The famous Club 55/Niki Beach/… on the Pampelonne beaches are a 25 minute drive, the private beaches at La Nartelle and Saint Maxime are a 10-15 minute drive, Port Grimaud, the place to hire a boat is at 20 min from the house, along with numerous other water sport activities.

 

Day trips by boat to Cannes/Nice/Saint Tropez or the local islands also go from Saint Maxime bay, 15 minutes from the villa.

Distances as you will see from the distances below, this villa is ideally situated for staying in the Saint Tropez area. It has space and land that is not available on the coast, yet the coast is very easy and quick to reach. However, at the end of the day you will be pleased to retreat into the calm and tranquility of the hills above Saint Tropez when the coast road becomes busy!
